So just what does make a home Dunrite? The Dunrite difference is in the details. We pay attention to them. Each of our homes is carefully thought out to be easy to live in and made to be enjoyed. Whether it is the outside outlets for your Christmas lights wired to an indoor switch or putting in a smart panel, Dunrite Construction & Development, Inc. installs creatively designed details that will make your home a cut above other homes. We approach building custom homes like each one was our own and we take immense pride in producing an amazingly beautiful, functional house. Unlike many builders, the upgrades in the house are standard. We'll build your home to suit you and guide you through the process. You'll be given respect and treated like a friend, not like a checkbook. You can expect us to be honest and upfront with you, that's just who we are.

Dunrite Construction & Development, Inc. was started by Damon Stephenson in 2001. Having worked in home construction from the age of 16, Damon had the knowledge, the skills, and the determination to build his company from the ground up. Doing most of the work himself allowed Damon to ensure that he was building a house he could be proud to call a Dunrite home. It wasn't unusual to find Damon framing a wall, in the snow, pounding nails with a smile on his face.

In 2003, his wife joined the company, taking over the office management. Torrin's experience working for a remodeling and design company in Tucson allowed Dunrite to grow to the next level. To this day, Dunrite is a small husband and wife team. We aren't the biggest company in town, but we build homes that are remarkable, unique, and a great value.
